INGREDIENTS -:
2 cups Cauliflower (grated)
1 large egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
1 pinch salt and pepper
METHOD -:
Preheat oven to 185’C.
Grate cauliflower and steam for 3 minutes or until warm
Place the cauliflower into bowl and add the egg, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well
Lay baking paper onto pizza pan
Spread cauliflower onto paper into circle of your size and cook for 15 minutes or until brown.
Makes 2-3 bases
